Diffusion and Impact of Internet Voting
The MOOC "Diffusion and Impact of Internet Voting" is an entirely web-based course offered in the Moodle environment from October 15 to December 16, 2018. It is taught in English and offers 2 ECTS upon the completion of the course. The MOOC primarily targets non-ICT students and professionals, working and/or studying in Estonia, who are interested in widening their knowledge about internet voting.
The course is unique in employing a wealth of empirical evidence - including 10 years of survey data on e-voting, actual log data on voting sessions and aggregate election data - to demonstrate the development and usage of internet voting.
