Course "Measuring the Impact of e-Government: Economic, Political and Social Outcomes"

The course SHRG.02.025 "Measuring the Impact of e-Government: Economic, Political and Social Outcomes" is developed specifically for students in the non-ICT-related fields of study to familiarize them with the topics related to e-state and e-governance, and to offer basic analytical skills for evaluating the impact these services have in the society. 
The course is developed with the aid of the European Union Social Fund via the Estonian Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications, and offered by the Johan Skytte Institute of Political Studies of the University of Tartu for all interested students of Estonian Universities.

Registration for the spring term 2020 is open for full-time regular students at the University of Tartu until February 9, while visiting students can enrol in the course until February 24.
