These machine learning powered tools will allow EUIF’s client managers to quickly and efficiently evaluate unemployment risks at the individual level and see which types of interventions and trainings have shown significant and persistent impact in ending unemployment spells. These decision support tools are part of a wider drive towards data driven machine learning and AI powered public service provision in Estonia.
